Director of Program
As our Director of Program, you will oversee day-to-day site management in order to deliver a suite of comprehensive leadership development programming that effectively prepares College Track Scholars. Day to day, you will coach and manage all College Track staff running programming, co-create a student-centered environment for young people of different backgrounds and partner with the Operations Manager to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for scholars, staff and visitors. To thrive in this job, you must have a high degree of flexibility and adaptability and can support staff to move towards solutions, previous experience in program management and/or curriculum implementation and evaluation. You’ll know Director of Programis the right fit for you if…
- Minimum of a 4 year college degree, Masters strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of the Denver education landscape
- You are experienced at building or managing a complex, youth-serving project.
- You are knowledgeable in program management and/or curriculum implementation and evaluation
- You are excited to manage and coach program staff to results
- You are results-driven in fostering a productive, diverse, equitable, and inclusive team
- You are passionate about working with young people from underserved backgrounds
- You have a genuine interest in asset-based frameworks and positive youth development approaches
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
- You are excited to work 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays and occasional Saturdays

This position is full-time exempt position with a full compensation range of $91,476-$137,214 with the exact compensation depending on experience. As a new staff member, you can expect an offer between $112,058 - $118,918 to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during your time at College Track.
