Reporting to Advantix’s Director of Finance, Services, the Accounting Administrator will be a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about telecommunication solutions and is highly customer-focused and efficient.
Summary:
The Accounting Administrator is the core support of the consolidated invoicing team. With a high emphasis on accounts payable, this position will center around taking payable information and payments from inception to the finish line in order to create customer satisfaction within the bill pay program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the consolidated bill pay team.
- Articulate to providers.
- Process, store, and oversee in-house payment transactions.
- Update databases and systems with payment exceptions and error details.
- Manage provider refunds.
- Validate the clearing of all payments.
- Dispute and resolve late fees with providers.
- Assist in other projects/tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong work ethic.
- Well organized and a self-starter.
- Detail-oriented.
- Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with providers in a professional setting.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Other:
- Additional duties may be assigned by the Director of Finance, Services from time to time as necessary to meet the business needs of Advantix.
Compensation:
Compensation Range: $50,000 - $55,000. Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
