We are seeking an experienced Senior Search Engineer specializing in search solutions, data management and integration platforms to join our product technology team. This role will require a deep understanding of enterprise architecture practices and a strong background in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance data driven solutions. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical solution architecture, with a focus on data management and integration platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture practices and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- 5+ experience with search and data integration tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica, Elastic, Boomi, Talend, MuleSoft, Apache Kafka).
- 5+ years of experience with data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS and Azure).

- A Master's degree
- Proficiency in data modeling, database design, Machine Learning and SQL.
- The ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or data management (e.g., TOGAF, DAMA) are highly desirable.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Enterprise Architecture Design
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint for search solutions, data management and integration services.
- Ensure alignment of data and search solutions with overall business and technology strategies.
- Create and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Solution Development
- Design and architect robust, scalable data integration solutions using modern platforms and technologies.
- Lead the design and implementation of data management systems, including data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure optimal data architecture.
- Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance solution delivery.
- Ensure technical solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with industry standards.
- Project Management
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee the technical aspects of project execution, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with data integration and management projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Present technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and external vendors.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data management, integration platforms, and enterprise architecture.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Lead efforts to streamline and optimize data integration workflows and practices

Hours of Work
- Full-time permanentposition primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed
- Hybrid position working 2-3 days/week on-site
- Must live within a commutable distance to one of our US office locations: Philadelphia, PA or Alexandria, VA
