Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Engineer with 10 years of experience in communicating, interfacing, and interacting with Joint Staff, Services, and warfighters on topics associated with engineering and analysis to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia in support of JADC2.

Week in the Life of a Senior Engineer
- Provide subject matter expertise and assist in developing strategic and technical plans.
- Assist with conducting technical analyses and assessments in support of JADC2 efforts.
- Work with the program managers to develop strategic and technical plans to promote the JADC2 mission within the guidelines and time frame requested by the program manager.
- Provide technical support for the program in the areas of defining test objectives and procedures, theoretical calculation and analysis related to performer progress, modeling objectives and techniques, and coordination of modeling and testing.
- Support the PM, Office Director (OD), Deputy Director (DD), and Assistant Deputy PM (ADPM) in briefing, report and preparation of communications documents.
Job Requirements
- BS in technical or business discipline.
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- 10 years of experience leading the planning and execution of complex mission and systems analysis efforts which may include:
- Technology Analysis and Assessment.
- System Definition, Systems Analysis.
- Systems Architecture development and architecture products for Systems of Systems (SoS).
- Kill chain analysis.
- SE tradespace and analysis to define capability gaps.
- Modeling and Simulation activities for mission improvement.
- Logistics support of DoD systems.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $150k - $175k. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
