In support of the CNO, the Associate Chief Nursing Officer will help develop and drive organizational strategy, enhance system performance, and ensure exceptional patient care at each level. The Associate Chief Nursing Officer supports nursing leadership teams, collaborates with education and human resources, works to exceed performance indicators, develops and grows clinical service lines, assumes financial responsibility for nursing operations, and serves as a system representative amongst stakeholders and external entities.
What’s Needed to Succeed:
- Degree from an accredited Nursing program
- Registered Nurse RN license in the state or ability to obtain
- Progressive leadership experience in an acute care setting
