Are you looking to practice rural medicine? Gifford has an opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established, successful Primary Care office in Bethel. Gifford embraces a team approach to patient care, supported by collaborative relationships throughout the organization. As a primary care clinician, you will benefit from the additional support of our Community Health Team, and our Population Health Team for your patients.
Gifford has a unique organizational structure. Our primary care practices are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). We also have Gifford Medical Center which is a Critical Access Hospital (CAH). This structure allows the organization as a whole to benefit from the infrastructure that comes with a hospital, while providing personalized care in a rural setting.
