Title: Senior Network Engineer - Lead

Description
S2i2 is currently seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructures across our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network systems, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and high availability. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our network services while also providing leadership and guidance to junior engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide and implement tools for monitoring network devices and traffic.
- Implement measures for proactive analysis of network reports to limit network outages and optimize the United States Mint's bandwidth utilization.
- Monitor current network utilization and provide information to the United States Mint for use in determining future capacity requirements.
- Implement measures for proactive monitoring and self-healing capabilities to limit network outages.
Experience and Certification Requirements:
- 15 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or relevant field.
- Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP).
- ITIL 4+ Foundation Certification.
- Practical skills, experience, and training in leading design, configuration, upgrade, deployment monitoring, troubleshooting, and patching of data network hardware and software including but not limited to Cisco Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Thousand Eyes, DNAC (Cisco DNA Center), Stealthwatch (Cisco Secure Analytics), Identity Service Engine (ISE).
