The Management Services Lead Auditor will be responsible for performing third-party quality audits and assessments in accordance with our Corporate Policies. You will lead the audit team, prepare audit plans, reports, deliver meetings, and submit final reports. This is a position based on client needs for TÜV America Inc. with headquarters in Peabody, MA.

To be successful in this role, you must have one of the following lead auditor certifications:
- 3+ years as a 3rd party IATF Lead Auditor;
- Current IATF Lead Auditor certification for ISO/IATF16949 with Green Status.
Able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs., transport one’s own luggage for multiple-day travel, and perform physical activities such as pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, and kneeling.
Able to walk and stand for up to 4 hours at a time and maneuver throughout multiple levels of client sites either by stairs or elevator.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to rent and drive a car and travel on public conveyances when required.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business area or equivalent Auditor Credentials.
Travel Requirements: Frequent local and domestic travel and occasional international travel to client locations is required -- travel may be up to 100%. Hours beyond the normal work week are often required to satisfy client deadlines.
