The Director Cybersecurity will focus on managing a team to improve the security posture of critical tools and platform—specifically the product owner relationship and architecture of our Astra platform and other core security tools with development in CSO.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive a multifaceted team of technical resources to improve, implement, collaborate, and enhance AT&T’s overall Cloud Security posture.
- Focus on developing an end-to-end approach to increase the security posture in AT&T across all the complex environments of the business.
- Hybrid role that relies on cross-BU collaboration, while also enhancing our security posture, policy, and communication across all Cloud Enabled implementations, specifically as it relates to Astra platform and related security tools.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security related fields.
- Requires 10 or more years of cloud experience.
- Requires a vast array of technical knowledge with the foresight to preview changes in the risk landscape and direct teams to anticipate and improve AT&T’s security risk as it pertains to Public Cloud implementations.
- Mastery level experience with broader cybersecurity expertise across many domains including cloud infrastructure, network, services, and applications.
- Requires strong leadership and mentoring experience with supervisory skills.
- Ability to lead and manage teams, provide reviews and assessments, organize teams, tasks, programs, and projects.
- High motivation, integrity, and lead by example at industry-leading performance levels.
- Agile Development, Application Development Tools, Emerging Technologies, Information Security Management, Programming, Requirements Analysis, Application Design and Architecture, Software Development, Vulnerability Assessment, Angular, Node, Express, MySQL, familiarity with AT&T Testing tools.
Salary Range:
Our Director Cybersecurity earn between $171,000 - $287,200 annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
