Title: Senior Communication Administrator - Lead

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 DOE
Position Summary:
The Senior Communication Administrator Lead forth the requirements, roles, and responsibilities of the Parties for the Communications Services provided under this contract. Communications Services are the activities, as further detailed in this PWS, required to support all United States Mint locations. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide the United States Mint with a detailed explanation, and an RCA, for all outages, which identifies the impact, source of outage, and preventative measures being taken to prevent future similar outages.
- Provide proactive and reactive Communications Services fraud and security management and reporting.
- The Senior Communication Administrator Lead shall be responsible for supporting the design, deployment, engineering, and operation of current and emerging Communications Services. These services include:
- Phone Equipment (Private Branch eXchange (PBX))/Analog and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), servers) Services • Voice Network • Unified Messaging • Directory Listing Services • Audio and Data Conferencing • Fax Services • Cable Management • Call Center and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Services • Video Services • Video Conferencing • Webcasting and Streaming Services • Digital Signage Display equipment (Digital message board), and • DirecTV
Minimum Requirements:
Education and Industry Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Information Systems or relevant field.
- 15 years of relevant field experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Practical skills, experience and training designing, configuring, and deploying communications services hardware and software including but not limited to Avaya phone system AT&T Toll free network, cable management.
- Operations and administration of communication system.
Certifications/Licenses/Other:
- (CTNS) Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist prior to onboarding.
