OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Cost of Cloud is currently hiring a Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) to join our fast-growing team. This Director will provide thought leadership as their TPMs align priorities, collaborate with cross-functional partners and drive end-to-end execution of complex projects. Responsibilities
- Operations: Drive the rhythm of the business, including reviews, leadership meetings, and strategy sessions while thinking holistically about key business processes and organizational effectiveness.
- Strategic Initiatives: Create, implement, and track strategic plans, developing KPIs and success metrics where required.
- Process Improvement: Identify, drive and track progress of process and tooling improvement initiatives.
- Team Builder: Mentor and grow a team of strong TPMs and align their ownership areas as best suited to the broader organization.
- Force Multiplier: Build effective relationships across organizations to facilitate success.
- Culture and People: Work closely with HR and the leadership team to improve team health and morale based on feedback.
Basic Qualifications
- BS or MS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of experience leading technical program managers delivering mission-critical work.
- Ability to thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and manage critical issues.
- Understanding of cloud technologies, engineering, software, and systems development lifecycles.
- Experience managing engineering or product portfolio planning and tracking processes.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven record of managing large, cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Enterprise Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS, OCI, etc.).
- Experience in Analytics, AI/ML, Big Data, SQL, and Dashboarding.
- Experience in Financial Operations or similar system optimization.

Salary and Benefits: Hiring Range: from $139,300 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more.
