- Insurance Appeals: Take an active role in the appeals process with insurance companies, advocating for patients by providing robust clinical evidence and documentation.
- Clinical Support: Deliver strong, evidence-based clinical support to justify and optimize patient procedures and treatments.
- Champion Clinical Excellence:
- Clinical Education: Lead the development and delivery of clinical education programs for providers and staff, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
- Regulatory and Clinical Updates: Stay current with regulatory changes and clinical advancements, and proactively share this knowledge with the team to enhance overall practice performance.
- Safety and Compliance: Collaborate with Safety Directors and the Compliance Team to maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Quality Improvement: The CMO will lead efforts to continuously improve the quality of care provided to patients. You will oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes to ensure that the clinic is meeting or exceeding established benchmarks.
- Strategic Planning: The CMO will participate in the development and implementation of the clinic’s strategic plan. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and development and develop plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Business Development: The CMO will drive growth and business development initiatives, including identifying new service lines and partnerships, developing marketing strategies, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
