General Purpose and Scope of Position:
The Front-End Developer's role is to design and create inviting, new easy-to-use websites in support of the achievement of business requirements. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
Required Technical and Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of development experience on front-end platforms. React, Angular, or Vue
- 5+ years working with JavaScript frameworks. HTML5, CSS
- 5+ years developing responsive UI websites with reusable code libraries
- 5+ years working with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology. CI/CD and GitHub pipelines and experience with Azure DevOps
Additional Desirable Skills:
- 3+ years' experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma or Adobe Illustrator
- Working knowledge of progressive web apps and artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots
- Working knowledge of Python/Java/Django
- W3C Certification, or any certificate or certification from an accredited academy.

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:
- Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures and collaborate with other developers and business analysts in developing new software programs and applications
- Participate in all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including requirements gathering, analysis, design, programming, testing, maintenance, documentation, and troubleshooting/resolution
- Define, develop, code, translate, test, analyze, and maintain new software programs and applications in support of business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specs
- Liaise with program managers, UI/UX designers, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems
- Other duties as assigned by the Development Manager
Compensation and Benefits:
- In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $89,400 to $125,280 Wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for many benefits, such as vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, bonus, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
