Responsibilities
The DON SAP IT Engineering and Cyber Security Program is a 5 year contract comprised of a base and 4 option years providing engineering, integration and cyber support required to design, build, and test new and enhanced services in support of the customer's IT enterprise architecture. We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to join us onsite in Washington D.C who will be responsible for:
- Design, customize, and debug workflows (automate business processes), web sites, web parts, form and list/library, and other custom applications and/or tools using various programming languages (PowerShell, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft .NET, HTML etc.).
- Administer, configure, design, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot the SharePoint environment (MS SharePoint versions 2016/2019).
- Update metadata terms systematically, as required. Create forms to capture and store information in an effective, efficient, and economical manner in accordance with published regulations and guidance.
- Perform SharePoint customization, integration, and upgrades into the engineering, test and production environments in accordance with Configuration Management, Change Management and Security policies and processes.
- Make recommendations and perform installations of new major releases, product updates, hot fixes and service packs. Install and test recommendations as required.
- Customize and implement tools and capabilities to include Dashboards, Web sites, Employee Library, and Reports for SharePoint.
- Maintain Managed File Share (MFS) in accordance with approved SOPs.
Qualifications
- Requires Min 12 years with BS/BA, Min 10 years with MS/MA, Min 7 years with PhD.
- Must possess an active TS/SCI.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of SharePoint Server engineering experience.
- Proven experience with workflow design, web site design, web part design, list/library engineering and debugging using various programming languages (PowerShell, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft.NET, HTML).
- Current ITIL Foundations certification.
Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
