What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to optimize performance and user experience
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce integration patterns
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications REQUIRED; other advanced Salesforce certifications are a plus

- Proven experience in developing and delivering complex Salesforce projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes is a plus
