Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time, with flexible hours to accommodate team and student needs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical team and oversee assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and transitions.
- Supervise two Clinical Directors and the Nurse Manager.
- Manage weekly group schedules and facilitate meetings.
- Coordinate care across departments to foster teamwork.
- Ensure DBT adherence and facilitate training.
- Maintain program quality by adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure unwavering program compliance and actively collaborate with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadership to uphold operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences (MSW, CSW, CMHC, MFT, LPC, or related).
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Utah (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
- Foundational training in DBT with practical experience.
- Knowledge of DSM-V disorders and therapeutic interventions.
- Strong skills in communication, planning, and supervision.
Preferred Experience:
- Five years as a licensed therapist leading therapy sessions.
- Two or more years in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
- Two or more years of leading and supervising a clinical team.
