The Prospecting product group powers the tools that help sales reps source, engage, and qualify their prospective customers at the right time, with the right content. We aim to build innovative, robust, and reliable products that our customers love to use, and to support the various complexities of sales teams who choose to Grow Better with HubSpot. When compared to other sales point solutions in the market, we can uniquely empower Sales teams to reach their goals through closed-loop reporting, constructive collaboration with marketing and services, and HubSpot-specific customer intent data that drives productive outreach.
As we move upmarket to help businesses scale, we will broaden our focus from making sales reps efficient, to making sales reps effective. We’ll deliver a streamlined prospecting experience that combines real-time enablement, people and company data, historical engagement, and AI to guide reps to the most impactful actions and content that lead to pipeline generation.
The Lead Management FE team is core to this mission, driving the adoption and usage of Leads in the Prospecting Workspace. Prospecting Reps live and breathe their Lead pipeline, and tooling to effectively work leads is still relatively new within HubSpot. This team moves fast to bring out new features and streamlined usability while learning from their growing user base. Success on this team comes to deeply technical, customer-driven engineers who are excited to balance innovative new features with thoughtful tech driven improvements. We value a community-driven approach to learning, sharing, and teaching each other, so that we can all grow as individuals.
