At Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians, we are committed to providing excellent and compassionate care to adult and pediatric patients in our community. Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians is the largest independent ENT and Allergy practice in the state of Ohio, with seven offices throughout central Ohio. Our practice provides a wide spectrum of medical services including comprehensive ENT services, Allergy, Audiology, Oral-Pathology, Neuro-Ophthalmology, CT, SLP, and an ambulatory surgery center.
We are looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer who will play a key role in the overall strategic management and partner with the CEO to set and drive Ohio ENT & Allergy Physician’s financial and operational goals.
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading and evolving the finance and operations functions while managing the financial health of OENTA. This includes overseeing the annual and long-term planning, accounting, and budgeting of the organization. Leadership of the accounting team, including the Controller, Accounting Director, and Accounting Specialist, is essential, along with oversight of their responsibilities, including but not limited to general ledger, accounts payable, and payroll processing.
The CFO will provide financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis of the medical practice and all related entities, including the retail hearing aid business and real estate holding companies. This role serves as a member of the executive management team and attends bi-monthly board meetings, providing insight and data critical to decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting; CPA designation preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive financial management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a senior or executive leadership role in a healthcare setting, preferably private practice.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications; Sage Intact a plus.
