Role & Purpose

Lead agency teams and client partners in the development and delivery of strategic and creative initiatives, solving complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
Leadership
- Build growth-oriented, trusting client relationships that go beyond social and build a hunger for breakthrough ideas.
- Partner with Group Client Director to help guide, advise, assist, and stimulate account team members by way of day-to-day coaching, regular feedback, and development conversations.
- Make proactive recommendations on growth opportunities for accounts directed.
- Manage expectations internally and externally through business savvy and effective communications.
- Partner with creative and strategic leaders to create business-generating and award-winning work for our clients.
Account Management
- Day-to-day business lead on all accounts directed.
- Lead planning and execution of strategic and creative initiatives in accordance with client's objectives and budget limitations.
- Contribute to the analysis and understanding of business results; contribute to the development of competitive landscape assessments and account plans.
- Monitor client, competitive, and category news and responsible for reporting to the internal team on a regular basis.
- Contribute to the development of case studies on the brand you work on, supporting the team in the creation of creative award show entries.
- Responsible for cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including agency leadership.
- Accountable for ensuring clients are consistently up-to-date on all projects/timing.
- Conduct a tightly-led meeting and manage account team members to ensure internal and client meetings are well-run with clear agenda and actionable recaps.
- Foster great relationships between partner agencies; responsible for delivery of pertinent information to partners.
- Lead well-thought-out and actionable POVs.
New Business
- Support new business pitches by partnering with Group Client Director/pitch lead, as requested.

Professional Skills & Qualification
- 8+ years experience and leadership within an advertising agency.
- Demonstrates clear understanding of business operations.
- Strong expertise in managing and coaching direct reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Collaboration Tools, especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Salary Range
Our estimated range for this role is $120k - $140k. Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role. There may also be a more senior or junior position available that could be a better fit with your expertise. Each level has its own compensation range. We pride ourselves on competitive salaries, and ensuring pay equity exists across our organization. We benchmark each position against existing employee competencies and 4As compensation data which includes geographic and agency size benchmarks. We also meet with department leaders 3x/year to ensure we are supporting employees in living into their full potential. Our promotions are not limited to a specific time per year. Promotions are tied to performance.
