About HYROAD
HYROAD is a California-based sales, services, and logistics agency in the cannabis industry. We grow brands at retail dispensaries by providing sales, marketing, service, and logistics solutions for brands and retailers. We travel this road with our brand partners through a sales-first mindset, providing deep transparency, high levels of accountability within our team, and a portfolio of strong brands that highly complement each other. We believe in the importance of strong internal systems and robust training that help our team do what they do best - sell and grow brands!
Our founders and team shoulder an immense personal responsibility to do right by our brand partners, recognizing that there are major investments in time, funding, employee and family livelihoods, life savings, and life’s work all at stake for each of our brands. This mentality is the core of how we challenge each other. If a brand is part of HYROAD’S portfolio, it’s because HYROAD truly believes in it. Every role within the HYROAD organization is either directly selling or in some way helping the sales team sell.
We also believe that employees should be rewarded for performance, have opportunities to grow their careers within the organization, and have personal ownership in HYROAD through employee equity (profits interest) compensation.
We’re not trying to become the largest cannabis sales, services, and logistics agency in California. Instead, we’re on a mission to become the best, most desired, and most sought after company in cannabis.
