Who are we looking for:
- A proven full stack engineer.
- Works in a fast-paced environment while deeply invested in long-term quality and efficiency.
- Managing multiple tasks and using sound judgment when prioritizing.
- Collaborating with global cross-functional teams in building customer-centric products.
- Analyzing existing software implementations to identify areas of improvement and provide deadline estimates for implementing new features.
- Updating and maintaining documentation for team processes, best practices, and software runbooks.

- Strong understanding of scalable enterprise system design and microservices architecture.
- Experienced in Test Driven Development and applying good test practices and different types of testing to promote rapid, reliable, and resilient application development.
- Experience having complete product ownership; identifying requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Basic Qualifications
- 6-8 years of hands-on development experience in Core Java (Java 11 & above), and experience in backend technologies such as Core Java, Spring framework, JSON, REST, Hibernate, Django, SqlAlchemy, etc.
- Exposure to Sybase (or other relational databases) alongside SQL.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Python.
- Experience with front end development with Angular, React, Redux, and Core JavaScript.
- Demonstrated experience operating in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum setup with global/remote teams.
- Experience with implementing unit tests, integration tests, Test Driven Development.
- Strong development, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of developing and deploying applications in public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Data modeling, warehousing, and understanding of data engineering practices a big plus.
- Some experience using Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation) a plus.
- Experience with reactive, event-based architectures a plus.
