As the IT Leader of the company, you will be an integral member of the Atrium Centers team and will oversee all technology strategy and operational support requirements for the business. This role requires a dynamic IT professional who can perform many hands-on duties as well as provide leadership, remain very focused on supporting our internal and remote teams with their usage of technology, a leader who can think outside the stereotypical boundaries to be highly innovative, establish policies and procedures to safeguard the assets of the business, plan and deploy successful projects, and who has executive presence to educate and consult with fellow business units. This position will be located on site at the Atrium Centers Corporate location in Columbus, Ohio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and create an IT Strategy that complements, enables, and aligns with the organization’s short and long-term goals.
Lead planning and implementation of all management and reporting systems, including management systems, operations, and internal communications.
Establish an agile strategy that provides flexibility in our ability to support the evolution of the organization.
Exhibit executive presence for presentations and consultative situations.
Communicate in business terminology while making the necessary technical connections to take ideas from concept to completion.
Bridge the gap between technology and those who are on the functional side of the organization.
Practice in an entrepreneurial spirited manner while innovating in ways that provide competitive advantages and improve operational efficiencies throughout the enterprise.
Project Management:
Establish project plans using MS Project to clearly communicate a project plan.
Provide timely communications and hold meetings with key stakeholders in business units.
Document processes and procedures.
Train internal and remote staff on new enhancements to the environment.
Manage and control the budget for project initiatives.
Identify success criteria that is universally accepted.

Maintain and monitor support for internal IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, virus protection, connectivity, telephony systems, wired and wireless networks, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Work with stakeholders to define business and system requirements for new technology implementations.
Quickly respond to user requests via the IT Help Desk in a professional and courteous manner.
Enforce policies set by management within the user community.
Implement and maintain asset management for IT assets.
Perform backups of all corporate data.
Setup and maintain network connectivity at new and existing communities.
Handle all contract negotiations with vendors.
Work with the Accounting department to handle all budgeting for IT specific projects and all yearly budgetary impacts from contractual licensing or vendor support.
Knowledge and Skills:
Windows 2003/2008 Server Administration.
Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence design and concepts.
Basic knowledge of SQL development and design.
Unified Communications (Telephony / Applications / Video Conferencing).
Wired and Wireless Networking fundamentals for basic troubleshooting and community setup.
PMP Philosophy for Project Management.
Highly organized, creative, solution-oriented, and team-focused.
Strong leadership skills.
Self-starter who can work autonomously with little supervision.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering or 5 years of equivalent IT management experience preferred.
Experience working in the Healthcare industry as an IT leader is a plus.
10+ years of leadership and managerial experience.
Strong management skills and organization with exceptional customer service skills.
