Summary:
Provides strategic leadership and oversight of the fiscal operations of the region. Oversees the administration, development, and implementation of regional financial plans, policies, programs, and accounting processes and systems. Supports adherence to compliance and ethics program, policies, procedures, and codes of conduct. Manages the financial risks of a business.
Education:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
Essential:
- Seven years of finance experience. Requires exceptional knowledge of business office/patient accounting, compliance, managed care, contracting and expense management.
- Three to five years of experience should include healthcare Administration, Accounting or Business Administration and physician practice financial management.
