Our client is redefining the commercial construction industry with a precision manufactured modular wall and roof panel system. This allows strong building envelopes to be sustainably constructed in a fraction of the time compared to conventional methods. The company was recently recapitalized under a new corporate structure and is ready for great things to happen and you could be the CEO to lead the charge!
Position Overview:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will develop and drive the overall strategic vision and goals of the organization and will own the day-to-day operations with full Profit & Loss responsibility for the business. As CEO, you will be a strategic driver in developing and implementing the vital actions to build a scalable organization while increasing the profitability of the business as it grows.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide direction to construct and lead a strong executive team to optimally develop a positive environment across multiple plants while ensuring growth and profitability.
- Responsible for all financial aspects including budget management, financial reporting, risk management, and financial forecasting.
- Establish and lead strategic external business relationships and partnerships with key clients and collaborators and represent the company in public forums.
- Drive sales initiatives to identify and enter new markets.
- Lead the development of and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks.
To be the successful candidate, you will need to have validated experience as a CEO or senior business executive within a manufacturing business. Previous experience in the construction industry is highly preferred. In addition, you would have strong business insight with demonstrated experience in helping a company achieve greatness. Excellent leadership skills are a must. A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s is strongly preferred.
