Position: Associate Marketing Director, Hot Tools and Gold n’ Hot
Department: Marketing
Work Location: Boston, MA, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)
What you will be doing:
- The Associate Marketing Director will be responsible for overall business strategy, innovation strategy, and the go-to-market strategy for the business to improve sales and profits for Hot Tools and Gold n’ Hot. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer, the customer, and the competition, and turning insights into winning strategies to increase sales and share for the brand.
- Develop and supervise execution of category strategy and plans, including go-to-market commercialization plans, business plans, sales strategies, and action plans for identified targets of opportunity.
- Drive profitable growth across all categories of brands within area of responsibility, seeking opportunities to improve margin and gain market share.
- Lead brand positioning work, architecture development, packaging design, and execution for the assigned brands.
- Build, manage, and ensure that approved budgeting for marketing expenses are driven with responsibility and ensure within fiscal requirements.
- Lead all aspects of development of annual sales forecasts and supervise the monthly issuance of the latest estimates to update the forecast.

- Validated experience successful handling new product development pipeline.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field desired.
- 8+ years of validated effective omnichannel marketing experience in the consumer products/beauty arena.
- Experience leading a team with a minimum of 1-2 direct reports.
- Manage business operations with a portfolio exceeding $70 million.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
