CHRO Responsibilities:
- Leads the HR department and oversees operations
- Develops and implements effective talent management strategies to support overall goals and objectives
- Takes a leadership role in organization development and growth
- Establishes, communicates, and oversees employee incentive and benefits program
- Maintains and expands on training and development programs
- Builds strong employee relations and fosters a positive work environment
- Manages HR budget and resources efficiently
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge for HR initiatives
- Executes the responsibilities of a company CHRO according to lawful and ethical standards
- Provides oversight, review and updates to HR policies & procedures, and QAC, Accreditation, & Strategic Plans
- Ensures compliance with all relevant labor and employment laws and regulations
- Facilitates effective communication and collaboration across the organization
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of a Baccalaureate degree in related discipline
- Ten years of HR management experience
- Seven years of supervisory experience
- Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills
- Competency with online administrative systems, reading and writing skills
- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record
- Ability to perform primary duties, physical, and mental tasks thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification is preferred
