The Opportunity
As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for managing our focused partners' automated donation program to reduce waste, automate solutions, and drive efficiency in our partners' operations to give back to our communities and achieve zero waste. Our partner is a leader in retail and reverse supply chain sustainability, product donations, and waste, and is looking for someone who has strong ownership, can work at scale, earn trust, invent and simplify, and ultimately deliver results. You will manage a team of regional managers, each with a concentrated focus on ensuring smooth donation receipts in a timely manner by each recipient nonprofit organization. You will have to be capable of making high-judgment decisions, dealing with ambiguity, and able to see all perspectives of an opportunity to find win/win solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with data tables, developing mechanisms for escalation resolution and ticket tracking, developing reports, and helping our partner with donation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate Good360's vision of success for partner alignment into actionable strategy, leveraging resources available to execute.
- Prioritize the often-competing initiatives between the strategic partner portfolio, within the priorities and key initiatives within Good360's strategic plan. Identify and execute proactive projects to improve the overall efficiency and value of the partners' automated donations program on behalf of Good360.
- Monitor and partner with the partners' site operations teams to improve site automated donation business performance to ensure all sites are meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPI).
- Establish and manage KPI mechanisms to drive continuous improvement in our partners' automated donations trailer utilization, trailer density, and ensuring Good360's charity partners are meeting on-time pickup Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Own, design, and implement world-class automated donations Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training programs on behalf of our partner.
- Assist the Good360 program team with the launch of the partners' new facilities to ensure automated donation services are set up on-time and with a high bar.
- Conduct partner and Good360 nonprofit member site visits with the partners' staff to review the partners' automated donations operational flow to identify ways to implement lean principles, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement.
- Responsible for the partners' confidential recycling data and meet strict data non-disclosure agreement (NDA) requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working within a Fortune 5 company or scaled E-Commerce corporation.
- 4+ years of field experience in operations, supply chain, transportation, or procurement.
- 2+ years of field experience working with external vendors or suppliers.
- MS/MBA in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related fields.
- Certifications in program management, such as PMP.
- Demonstrated ability to independently solve ambiguous problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, with a specific strength in influencing decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced data analysis skills: the ability to extract and synthesize data to make data-backed business decisions.
- Ability to collaborate across both internal and external teams.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
