The Opportunity …
We are looking to add a Principal to our thriving, successful High Net Worth Tax practice. This is a special opportunity with fast track to become an owner of the firm.
What you will be doing…
- Contribute to the leadership of a very successful high net worth tax practice
- Deliver outstanding client service
- Partner-level oversight of tax return preparation process for complex individual, estate, trust, and gift tax returns
- Conduct research and analysis of complex tax issues
- Serve as a resource for technical questions
- Develop close relationships with clients, team members, and referral sources
- Collaborate with members of client’s other outside advisors in providing holistic and comprehensive planning
- Manage, motivate, and mentor junior staff members by providing them with leadership, counseling, and training Develop new business by offering additional services to existing clients and obtaining new clients
What you bring…
- Active CPA license or JD
- Minimum of 10 years of tax experience, preferably in a public accounting firm
- Currently at the Senior Manager level (or higher) or equivalent in private industry
- In-depth knowledge of taxation for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and multi-generational families
- Enjoy collaboration and working as part of a team
- Experience supervising and mentoring tax professionals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Growth orientation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Desire to be a partner of a CPA firm
