About YouPerformance management
You will be part of the manufacturing excellence department within Danone's Global Operations team. Reporting to the People and Performance Manager, this role will be in charge of supporting the Operations/ Supply Chain teams on transformation projects (e.g. Digitalization, Operational Performance System, etc.) on the skills, training and change management part. You will be in charge of deploying tools, programs and sharing best practices.
On a global scope, your main activities will be the following:
Co-define and support the implementation of training processes in factories as part of the implementation of new methodologies, tools with the aim of maximizing team buy-in and the achievement of results.
- Organize and maintain the knowledge management database
- Define the recommended training path
- No direct team to manage
Your main interfaces
- Internal
- Community Operation at zone and country level
- X functions: HR team for training and development activities, IT team for knowledge management tools, etc.
- External
- Solution Providers
Experience Required:
- Have 2 or more years’ experience in an operation/industrial environment
- Knowledge of different technologies
- Knowledge of methodologies in Knowledge Management
- Ability to understand interactions in the organization and co-build solutions
- Ability to build strategies and think of long-term solutions
- Ability to work in a changing environment
Qualification:
- Must have an engineering degree (industrial / commercial / bio...)
- Strong communication skills
- Be a team player and work autonomously
- Hands-on mentality, think practically and like to take initiative
- Solution-oriented and are a go-getter
- Analytical and structured
