Job Title: Director of Product Management
Job Location: Fully remote or hybrid in Tampa, FL.

Must have:
- Strategic-level Product Management experience (Sr. PM or Director of PM) with direct experience in accounts payable automation for retailers, restaurants, and/or in the hospitality industry
- Eligible states of residence include: AR, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, NC, NV, NY, OH, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, and WV
- Must be able to travel to the Tampa, FL office 1x/month

Job Details
Essential Functions:
- As a Director of Data Product Management, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap across current and future products that aligns to the company strategy.
- Provide leadership for product management throughout the product and release lifecycle by leveraging customer feedback and evaluating KPIs to prioritize and deliver products that drive aggressive growth.
- Develop a customer-first product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Strategically plan initiatives in the feature roadmap and lifecycle, from ideation to support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, rollout, and measure meaningful features.
- Oversee the product backlog and coordinate with other teams to deliver customer value.
- Conduct market research and engage with industry stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes.
- Gather and analyze customer insights to drive product innovations collaborating closely with customers to understand specific requirements.
- Drive Go-to-market activities for successful product launches.
- This is a highly cross-functional role and will work closely with engineering, product, marketing, sales, account management, delivery, and client services teams.
