Gauss Labs is looking for a senior product manager who can bring its flagship enterprise AI product to the next level. Senior product manager at Gauss Labs will be at the forefront of realizing Gauss Labs’s mission of becoming the world’s most trusted AI innovator. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Developing the product strategy: The PM needs to have a deep understanding of the market, the customer, and the competition in order to refine the existing product vision and develop product strategies to realize the vision. The PM needs to continuously evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to ensure that the product remains relevant and competitive with a solid product-market fit.
- Conducting customer research: The PM needs to be in tune with the needs and wants of their customers. The PM may conduct user interviews, surveys, and other forms of customer research to gather feedback and insights that can inform product decisions.
- Creating product requirements: The PM should work closely with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements, including features, functionality, and user experience. The PM needs to ensure that requirements are aligned with the product vision, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Prioritizing product features: The PM needs to prioritize product features based on their impact on the customer and the business. The PM may use various methods to prioritize features and ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with the product vision.
- Managing the product backlog: The PM maintains and prioritizes the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the most important product features and requirements. The PM needs to ensure that the backlog is updated and communicated to the development team on a regular basis.
- Working with cross-functional teams: The PM collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, technical product management, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure that the product is developed, launched, and supported successfully. The PM needs to ensure that each team is aligned with the product vision and objectives.
- Analyzing product metrics: The PM needs to continuously analyze product metrics, such as usage, adoption, retention, and revenue, to evaluate the success of the product and inform product decisions. The PM needs to be data-driven and able to translate metrics into actionable insights.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong experience in an enterprise data analytics and AI product management role
- Proven experience in overseeing all elements of the product lifecycle and delivering products with strong PMF
- Highly effective cross-functional and cross-geographic team management
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrable knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing or related fields
- Experience in analyzing ROI for customers
- Experience in analyzing product metrics
