Duties:
- Represent debtors, committees, and fiduciaries in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
- Handle all aspects of bankruptcy litigation as needed.
- Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients regarding bankruptcy proceedings.
- Draft, review, and file necessary legal documents and pleadings.
- Negotiate with creditors, trustees, and other parties to reach favorable resolutions.
- Manage and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff assigned to bankruptcy cases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Stay current with developments in bankruptcy law and related regulations.
- Participate in business development activities to grow the bankruptcy practice within the firm.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in handling Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
- Proven experience representing debtors, committees, and fiduciaries.
- Preferred experience in bankruptcy litigation.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and counterparties.
- Portable book of business.

Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
