In this role, you'll wear two hats - technical leader and profit driver. You'll lead a team of 3 to ensure the quality, efficiency, and profitability of our engine asset portfolio.
Here's what you'll do:
- Be the engine guru: Leverage your 10+ years of experience with IAE V2500, CFMI CFM56-5B/7B, or G.E. CF6-80C2 engines to ensure our builds meet the highest standards.
- Lead a winning team: Develop and manage a team of 3 responsible for cost tracking and project profitability across all engines.
- Sharpen our competitive edge: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor landscape to develop strategic customer solutions and sales proposals.
- Maximize profitability: Manage engine parts supply chain, optimize maintenance costs, and ensure all projects deliver a healthy bottom line.
- Communication maestro: Maintain and disseminate contracts, keep the organization informed using Salesforce.com, and build strong relationships with MRO shops and customers.
- Process pro: Ensure adherence to all processes and procedures throughout the engine build lifecycle, from workscoping to gate approvals.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Possesses 10+ years of experience in engine maintenance and related fields (IAE V2500, CFMI CFM56-5B/7B, or G.E. CF6-80C2 a plus).
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of engine MRO, gate processes, and cost analysis.
- Has a proven track record of success in leading and managing a team.
- Thrives in a data-driven environment and is proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com.
- Enjoys travel (up to 15%).
