Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of data center construction projects from inception to completion
- Oversee all aspects construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
Background required:
- Vice President of Construction / Senior Director of Construction
- 10+ years experience in the mission critical sector and 15+ in construction
- Experience in CSA and MEP construction management
- Data Center experience preferred; construction management experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
