We are currently seeking a skilled Management Analyst Senior Level to join our onsite team in San Antonio, TX. As a Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies for effective knowledge and content management. If you have extensive experience in content strategy development, content creation, and knowledge repository maintenance, along with strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for effective knowledge and content management.
- Align content management strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage content to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.
- Ensure content is easily accessible and usable by stakeholders.
- Maintain knowledge repositories, ensuring they are well-organized and searchable.
- Regularly update repositories to include the latest information and resources.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Implement best practices for content creation and management.
- Provide training and support to users on how to effectively utilize knowledge management systems.
- Develop user guides and training materials to enhance user proficiency.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across teams to ensure knowledge is shared effectively.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Leverage technology and tools to enhance knowledge and content management processes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in knowledge management.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of knowledge management systems.
- Generate reports on usage, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for knowledge and content management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance knowledge management.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify gaps and areas for development.
Qualifications
Required:
- Six (6) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency.
- Public Trust or Secret Clearance Eligible.
Preferred:
- Current or past DHA support experience preferred.
- Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred.
