Duties:
- Defend employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.
- Handle ERISA litigation matters.
- Provide legal representation in employment actions before agencies and in court.
- Conduct legal research and analysis and draft legal documents.
- Offer strategic legal advice to clients on labor and employment matters.
- Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop effective defense strategies.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in the U.S.
- 3-6 years of experience in employment litigation matters.
Experience:
- Proven experience defending employers in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.
- Experience in ERISA litigation.
