Description
As the Sales Director at Protect-US, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing strategic sales initiatives, and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve sales objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their security needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and client engagements, to drive growth and revenue.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles, preferably within the private security or related industries, managing a security sales department.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively, with a focus on achieving targets and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Client-Centric Approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the private security industry, including its trends, challenges, and regulatory environment, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
