Position: Associate Director, Website Strategy & Digital Experience
Reports to: Director, Brand & Marketing
The Associate Director, Website Strategy & Digital Experience is responsible for delivering a comprehensive website and digital strategy. This includes the enablement of capabilities such as user experience design, usability testing, design thinking, SEO optimization, and digital customer journey mapping. The ideal candidate will have proven experience implementing websites and working closely with back-end and front-end web developers. This leader will champion a customer-centric and data-driven approach to experience design that incorporates consumer insights, feedback, and best practices into all web and digital activities.
This is a full-time, remote, exempt position.
Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with other marketing-communications team members and cross-functional stakeholders to improve consumer experience through a stronger understanding of industry/customer needs and ongoing improvement of digital design/UX.
- Collaborate with product marketing and content strategy to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Manage, maintain, and modify the existing website to enhance the user experience including testing content, graphics, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Generate, document, and maintain digital experience best practices based on qualitative and quantitative customer and consumer insights, including through continuous experimentation and execution of experience optimization tests.
- Champion agile, design thinking, and experimentation in the design and management of digital experiences and solutions.
- Provide guidance on the implementation of UX/UI research methodologies and usability testing to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Manage a team (in-house/vendors) of digital team members to evaluate and refine the organizational web and digital strategy, including SEO and SEM, while leveraging methods and tools that result in best-in-class digital consumer experiences.
- Partner with internal and external resources to deliver high-quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, sitemaps, and prototypes.

- Skilled at time, task, and budget management – especially attentive to detail and deadlines.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience working with and/or leading UX/UI, Functional Spec, Front End Development, Graphic Design, and SEO.
- Demonstrated website coordination acumen and proficiency with one or more content management systems; must have a supporting project portfolio.
- Digital Agency experience preferred.
- Proven working experience in an enterprise CMS, Google Analytics, AdWords, PowerBI, and other website-related platforms and tools.
- Deep knowledge of SEO and experience with SEO Tools such as Brightedge, SEMRush, Screaming Frog.
- In-depth knowledge of online media.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, UX/UI Design, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
