Join our team as Vice President, Corporate Controller
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for finance? We have an exciting opportunity for you! As Vice President, Corporate Controller, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a key role in guiding and directing financial activities and decisions. You will have the opportunity to manage a global finance team of over 150 associates and oversee all aspects of the global accounting function. As the VP, Corporate Controller, you will work alongside the CFO and companywide leadership to develop financial strategies and ensure a best-in-class finance organization.
How You'll Make An Impact:
- Prepare financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position.
- Manage quarterly and annual reporting, including the completion of financial statements. Ensures accurate reporting and disclosure in the Company's SEC 10Q/10K filings.
- Ensure integrity of all financial information under US GAAP.
- Work closely with the Audit Committee and Board of Directors as needed.
- Manage a global shared services function.
- Drive process change and re-engineering to improve efficiencies in overall accounting, finance and business processes.
- Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits. Arranges for audits of Company's accounts and coordinates activities of external auditors.
What You Bring:
Education/Experience
- BA in Accounting or Finance required. MBA preferred; CPA highly desired.
- 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in a senior finance leadership position and partnering with executive staff.
- Technical understanding of finance systems (e.g. SAP), Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and US GAAP standards and SEC reporting.
- Strong leadership experience in managing multinational complex organizations. Natural leader who empowers teams and can coach, mentor, and keep everyone aligned and motivated through changes.
- Substantial experience working with the Audit Committee of publicly traded companies, financial accounting and reporting including budgeting, financial analysis, and managerial and cost accounting.

- Strong analytical skills - collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing complex and diverse information.
- Solid track record of building strong relationships and working with different personality types and all levels of company.
- Experience in driving global finance transformation to leverage more automation migration to shared services/centers of excellence.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $263,000 to $362,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
