The Opportunity:
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving growth and revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Their primary role is to develop and implement strategies that expand the company's customer base.

The impact you'll make:
- Developing and executing growth strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. This may involve setting targets for revenue growth, customer acquisition, market expansion, and more.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key industry players, potential partners, and industry influencers to stay informed about trends and opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand the customer's engagement with the company, such as through additional services or upgrades, and promote those opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
- Overseeing efforts to acquire new customers, whether through direct sales, marketing campaigns, or other channels.
What You Will Bring:
- 7+ years of business development/sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience working within a Retail SaaS environment highly preferred.
- Proven experience acquiring new business as well as upgrading existing customers.
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
- Prior experience leading end-to-end initiatives, from generating to closing, with the ability to engage C-level executives throughout.

Our in-office days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and employees are allowed to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays.
