Duties:
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications, including drafting and filing applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- Conduct patentability assessments and provide clearance opinions to clients.
- Manage patent portfolios, including overseeing maintenance and renewal of patents.
- Negotiate and draft patent licensing agreements and other related contracts.
- Perform due diligence for patent transactions and other intellectual property-related matters.
- Analyze and interpret patent laws and regulations to advise clients on strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with clients, inventors, and other attorneys to develop and implement patent strategies.
- Represent clients before the USPTO and other relevant authorities.
- Stay current with developments in patent law and technology trends to provide informed legal advice.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in patent prosecution and intellectual property law.
- Superior analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Licensed to practice before the USPTO.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
