A law firm in Denver, CO, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive litigation experience and demonstrate a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and exceptional client service skills. This role involves managing complex cases, preparing for trials, and working collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including document production and interrogatories.
- Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses for trial.
- Represent clients in court and provide strategic legal advice throughout litigation.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to manage caseload effectively.
- Prepare cases for trials and arbitrations, including developing case strategies and evidence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Provide exemplary client service by addressing client concerns and informing them of case progress.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in Colorado or eligible for a waiver in Colorado.
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
- Proven track record in managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
