Are you a dynamic financial leader seeking an exciting opportunity in the healthcare industry? We are hiring a Vice President of Finance Services to oversee our accounting functions and contribute to our organization's strategic financial success.

Position Details:

Department: Fiscal Services
Status: Full Time
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 (EXEMPT)
Average Weekly Hours: 40

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee monthly closing activities and ensure accurate financial statements.
Provide leadership to Supply Chain, Health Information Management, Central Billing Office, and Revenue Integrity Departments.
Develop, monitor, and report on Fiscal Services Quality Indicators.
Implement and oversee strategic pricing initiatives.
Coordinate the Capital Committee for appropriate decision-making on capital requests.
Develop and present business plans and proformas related to recruitment, acquisitions, or new products/services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
CPA preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
Hospital based experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial analysis techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Hospital Information System.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
