Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to join our dynamic start-up environment and marketing team. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving demand for our CVAC system. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.
In This Role, You Will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive downstream marketing strategies and tactics to support product commercialization and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and clinical to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Create compelling marketing materials and sales tools such as brochures, presentations, and product guides to support sales efforts and customer education.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and drive product uptake.
- Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote our products.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and challenges for our products.

- Sr. Director, Commercial Marketing
Requirements:
- Education: Equivalent work experience or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in downstream marketing roles within the medical device industry.
- Work location: Remote with a preference for local (Pleasanton, CA or surrounding areas) candidates.
- Travel: 20% travel.
- Full time employment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business outcomes.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for medical devices.

We also offer a compensation plan as follows:
- Competitive base salary with a compensation range of $165,000 - $190,000.
