Make Your Impact Within a Rapidly Growing Fintech Company
As part of BILL's Accountant Growth Marketing team, this position is responsible for developing successful multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline. We are looking for a creative, impact-driven growth marketer to join the team to help us acquire new customers. The right candidate is a strategic thinker who is excited to optimize paid channels and the sales funnel. By applying deep knowledge of the business and marketing, this campaign manager will inspire a cross-functional team of contributors and stakeholders to create campaign experiences that elevate the BILL brand through email, landing pages, direct mail, social ads, sales outreach, and more. We are looking for a metrics-driven marketer with a focus on generating pipeline for the BILL Sales teams.
- Spearhead the development and deployment of comprehensive multi-channel campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Direct the creation of demand generation assets encompassing email, landing pages, direct mail, social ads, and sales emails.
- Drive campaign performance towards predefined targets by implementing robust A/B testing strategies.
- Conduct thorough measurement, analysis, and reporting of overall campaign performance, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
- Offer strategic recommendations for campaign optimization and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage program logistics.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the 6sense ABM platform.
- Take ownership of various lead funnel growth and nurturing programs.
- Collaborate with managerial counterparts to establish budgets and performance goals.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of BILL’s brand and product offerings.

- 5-7 years of experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
- Exceptional project management capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Enthusiastic about delving into data for insights.
- Analytical and quantitative skills with a preference for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative mindset, offering assistance to team members.
- Proactive attitude towards sharing key learnings.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing software, especially 6sense.
- Competency in utilizing project management tools.
- Exposure to sales engagement platforms, particularly Outreach.
- Previous experience in marketing operations is a plus.
- Experience in management or solution consulting is an advantageous asset.
The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package.
