Responsibilities:
- Own the full design lifecycle for your product, from understanding core user challenges to delivering polished, pixel-perfect UI across both mobile and desktop platforms.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to define a strategic vision and roadmap for the product, contributing to high-level decision-making.
- Develop and test rough prototypes early in the process to validate solutions, iterating quickly based on feedback.
- Create detailed, high-fidelity UI and UX specifications to effectively communicate design requirements to engineers and stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, sharing your expertise and guiding them in best practices.
- Contribute to and evolve our design systems, ensuring consistency across the platform.
- Help shape design thinking across the broader organization, including research, marketing, product education, and customer success teams.
- Champion a user-centered design approach, balancing user empathy with business needs.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick iteration and adaptation to changes are key.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lead product design settings, with background in enterprise or B2B platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and communicate cohesive design visions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and independently drive the design process from research to delivery.
- Experience in designing complex workflows with multiple scenarios and edge cases.
- Passion for enterprise product design and solving complex problems in dynamic environments.
- Proven experience mentoring or leading design teams while remaining hands-on.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to excel in high-growth settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing payment and transaction products for both consumer-facing and enterprise applications on mobile and desktop.
- Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders across time zones and design for global users.
- Expertise in creating seamless user experiences across multiple products, ensuring design consistency.

Job Information:
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $137244 - $318960 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
