Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Full Time

As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in our anesthesia team, providing safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical, obstetrical, and other medical procedures. You will work collaboratively with our team of physicians, surgeons, and nurses to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Schedule:
- Two weeks on, one week off.
- One week 1st call, Second week 2nd Call, Third week off (PTO used)
Compensation:
- $210,000 - $235,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients' vital signs during surgical and medical procedures
- Educate patients and their families about anesthesia and its effects
- Collaborate with the anesthesia team to develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans
- Evaluate and adjust anesthesia levels to ensure patients' comfort and safety
- Monitor patients' recovery from anesthesia and provide appropriate post-anesthesia care
- Document all procedures and patient responses accurately and timely
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Qualifications:
- Current and valid license as a CRNA in the state of Missouri.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Minimum of two years of experience as a CRNA in a hospital setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
