Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree who has experience in digital health to join our team as a Clinical Lead. The Clinical Lead will play a pivotal role in guiding the clinical aspects of our digital health initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of nurses, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality care delivery and professional development.
- Manage a panel of patients, providing direct care and support as needed.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance for the development and implementation of digital health solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment with clinical best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement clinical protocols, guidelines, and workflows to optimize patient outcomes and user experience.
- Conduct regular assessments of clinical content and functionalities within our digital health platforms to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical issues, providing education and training to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in CA or a compact state license with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in care management and/or case management (CCM experience preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of people management experience
- Demonstrated experience working in digital health or healthcare technology, with a deep understanding of electronic health records (EHR) systems, telemedicine platforms, and/or mobile health applications.
- Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and overseeing other nurses.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Nursing.
- 2-3 years of digital health experience managing remote teams.
- Certification in Case Management (CCM) or related specialty.
- Experience in project management or product development within the healthcare or technology sector.
Must have excellent customer service skills, be comfortable working with new technology, and be able to work from home.
