Head of Sales for Treasury Management Services (TMS)
The Christian Wyatt Group is partnering with a high growth, Super Community Bank in the Texas market as they continue to expand and grow in finding their next leader for Sales over Treasury Management Services (TMS). In this senior-level role, you will be given much autonomy in leading the development, strategy, and execution of the TMS Sales group.
Our client has a robust TMS product suite coupled with top-of-the-line technology that allows them to ‘punch above their weight’ and compete against larger competitors. This is an enhanced role based on the rapid growth of the bank and will be key to helping grow and build out the sales team and function of the department. Treasury Management Services has recently been broken out from Commercial Banking into its own Line of Business, so this is a significant priority for this high-performing bank.
This role will be given much responsibility and autonomy, so the ideal candidate will have 15+ years of sales experience within Treasury Management Services with 5+ years as a Treasury Management Services Director or Sales Manager for a Community or Regional Bank. Our client has a strong backroom and operations, so having that experience isn’t necessary. The most important trait is a proven track record as a Sales Leader within a Bank’s TMS group. There is the potential for an elevated role of Heading up the entire TMS Group (Sales and Operations).
This role will be based in Metro Dallas. Relocation for the ideal candidate will be considered, but preference will be given to in-market candidates.
