- ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization.
- IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise).
- RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing.
YOUR PROFILE
- A minimum of four (4) years SuccessFactors experience.
- Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation Management (Professional Certification is preferred).
- Certified in SuccessFactors Variable Pay (Professional Certification is preferred).
- Experience configuring complex custom statements for both Compensation and Variable Pay.
- Additional certification and experience in at least one other SuccessFactors talent management module (such as Performance & Goals Management, CDP, Succession).
- Led a minimum of four (4) full cycle SF Compensation/Variable Pay projects.
- Participated in a minimum of seven (7) SuccessFactors Projects.
- Ability to lead customer requirement workshops, demos, and training sessions.
- Lead and manage teams or work streams to contribute to the module implementation and overall project success.
- Mentor new consultants and monitor their process on shadow/learning assignment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, confident in engaging and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Must have a detailed knowledge of HCM, Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
- Solid understanding of the SuccessFactors methodology and deliverables.
- Excellent functional knowledge and ideally some technical expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a critical thinking mindset.
- Team player with a consultative approach.
- Strong consulting skills, handling customer expectations.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Work as a part of the team to architect, scope, implement, and post-production support.
- Support with data conversion/migration activities.
